metering 1-phase inverter in 3-phase service? [RE-wrenches]

Hi Darryl,

A 5th terminal (jaw)can be added to a regular meter for about $6.  This 
terminal connects to the neutral lug with a jumper wire.  So if you 
don't have a neutral . . . ?  what could it measure?  I guess if you run 
a neutral you need the 5th terminal form 12s, but not if you don't run 
the neutral.
