[RE-wrenches] voltage drop

I looked at the resistance values you have in that spreadsheet. Do you have 
some kind of "fudge factor" built into it for temperature?

The values in the spreadsheet seem to be the NEC values for 75C. For 
example, #10 your sheet shows 1.24 ohms/1000 feet, whereas the "standard" at 
25C is around.998 to 1.014 ohms.
