[RE-wrenches] DLO wires in PV systems

The wires are in a Solardock mounting system, so they are not exposed, and
are then run in conduit. Is the UV exposure rating the only difference?

Mike,

The RHH/RHW-2 do not cross to USE-2 because they do not have any rating for
UV exposure.

If these conductors are run outside of conduit on the array, you need USE-2
or PV conductor.

We have a 4KW pv system installed and the local inspector wants to use this
as a test case so he is crossing all T's and dotting all I's. Which I am
happy to help him out with training his other inspectors We are running
into an issue on the module output wires. USE-2 or PV rated is how the code
book reads. The wire we have been using on these systems is DLO (diesel
locomotive) which carries the ratings of RHH and RHW-2, which seems to cross
with the USE-2. Does anyone have any documentation showing this cross? If
not, I guess I will be switching the wire to USE-2/RHW-2 because it needs to
go into conduit.
