[RE-wrenches] SWWP - Sky Stream Good & Bad

Hello All - 

I have a Grid tie proposal that included a SWWP Sky Stream Wind Generator that I did back in June. 
I have since heard varied reports on the inverters reliability. 
Last report from a vender was very positive, SWWP had been very prompt in dealing with the software issue. 

I am interested in comments related to the 230 VAC Grid Tie SWWP Sky Stream Wind Generator:

Installation?
Operation?
Call back frequency if any? 
Problems or lack thereof?
How many have you installed?
Would you install another?
Did you use the mono pole kit?  
Was that a smooth install or what to watch for?
Are the clients pleased?
Noise Level - as expected or noisier than expected?
Does it scream in high wind or just swish loudly?
Is it audible at 300'away or does the ambient high wind pretty much drown it out Like a Whisper 200 at 300'?
