[RE-wrenches] evergreen panels diode problems

I'm not familiar how Evergreen implements their diodes, but if they're  
just plain old diodes that are "open", you could bypass each module with 
an external diode.

Otherwise, I would just make sure the modules with defective diodes are 
the ones least likely to be shaded, if possible.

If the diodes were shorted and the modules were going to be junked 
otherwise, I would try to "burn out" and open up the shorted diodes with 
a high current, voltage limited pulse from a battery or something.
