[RE-wrenches] Battery Question

HI all
I purchased some batteries that had been stored for two years dry.  When actavated they seemed OK but never had the full capacity, and seemed to die faster than they should.  THIS IS MY OBSERVATION AND DOES NOT HAVE MEASURMENTS TO BACK UP.
