Hoar Frost [RE-wrenches]

Hi Folks,

I am writing to see if anyone has any tips or techniques for keeping  
hoar frost build up off PV modules installed in extreme winter  
environments. I know the obvious; nearly vertical tilt angle and dark  
frames, I'm wondering if anyone knows any other secrets they are  
willing to share.
