Grundfos submersible pump [RE-wrenches]

HI All,

On a different Grundfos note, I think I have a failure with a SQFlex.

( its running on AC power, well within head specs)

The low water shut down isn't working and the flow has dropped,

Anybody seen problems like this?

And does anyone know the direct line to tech support?
