Well the $20,000 is just my guess... just from looking at what it
includes &  requires... 

The real question is whether they can meet the new UL1741 requirements
for anti-islanding and power quality.  I know other turbines using
induction motors have had issues and required additional hardware -
which is not a big deal if it's a 25kW or larger turbine - but a $3000
utility protective relay / sectioning switch box for a 5kW turbine would
be a hardship of course.   

As far as SWWP - I was referring to the Skystream 3.7 - sorry to be
confusing.
