In comparison, if I use the output from the Kestrel e300i, which is 300
cm in diameter (approx 10'), and is one of the most efficient small
turbines I know of, the output at 16 MPH is about 500 Watts @ 48 volts
nominal, slightly higher in high voltage format. This is an averaged
output using a Weibul distribution, by the way. I think that's pretty good.
The guy who makes these sounds to be in at least his 70's, maybe even
80's. I doubt that he is an actual intentional fraud, just someone who
doesn't have a clue.
