placment of inverter breaker [RE-wrenches]

Further,

I suppose there may be some good in this new section as it allows 120% on
all systems, residetial and commercial.

But, I would hate to have to face the situation where a fairly large breaker
already exists at the opposite most position on the buss, and now I HAVE to
move it because the PV breaker (total of all breakers greater than 100%)HAS
to go in that slot, and there ain't no spare conductor on the exisiting
breaker.
