[RE-wrenches] USDA Renewable Energy Systems Loans and Grants

Anyone out there have experiences w/ this program? Filling out the paper
work? I have a client that is interested in trying for some of this $$$ here
in Maine.
He is looking for someone that has & might be interested in filling out &
filing out their grant proposal.
