Mate 2 & FN DC Flex net memory loss [RE-wrenches]

Any  one else having issues w/ the Mate 2  loosing its memory when un
plugged to re poll? I am using this in conjunction the DC FN. The mate
has FW Rev. 4.04 & screen Rev.4.22.
 I loose the clock settings & the battery capacity settings. The
generator also does not seem to be starting at  low battery voltage
settings. I do have the old oval mate that has not had the software
upgrade at the site  & that will start the gen & yes the new M2 is set
in the AGS mode to "ON", for the proper port, P1 & set in auto off.
 Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Tump
