"Mag-Lev" Utility Scale VAWT [RE-wrenches]

Possibly more PITS, but has anybody heard that this may be for real?
I personally am NOT trying to buy one, but a dear friend is
seriously considering a substantial investment in this 
company's (Zhongke Energy) IPO.  I have warned her about
this industry's propensity for extravangant performance 
claims for vapourware, but she thinks the Chinese Govt.'s
apparent endorsement of theis product may make it an exception. My heart 
goes out to people who want to invest in products that
can make a real difference for good, which of course makes
them sitting ducks for scammers. Anybody know anything for
suer about this one?
