Equalizing battery charger [RE-wrenches]

Hello Larry,

The off grid customers use them for bulk at 14.7V and for EQ with the  
jack plugged in adding 0.5-0.6V to the charging voltage.  I just  
called Iota tech support and asked about turning up the charging  
voltage with the dash pot and was informed that this should be no  
problem, that most of their end users plug into the grid and prefer  
lower charging voltages so Iota sets them low at the factory.

It appears that I have just had some bad luck and I am glad to hear  
that others have not seen failures.
