Jeff,
Interesting. I have sold many DLS and DLS/IQ4 converters to our RV
customers over the years and never had a bad one. Any chance that your
changing the voltage set point contributed to failure? Are your
customers only using these for equalization since you set the voltage to
15.3?
Drake, the Magnum has 70 amps and is less money but if you need more
current the DR2412 might be a good choice. It has a 120 amp charger,
several profiles of 3 stage charge, 2 equalizations settings. $750 is a
little high for just a battery charger though.
It seems like there is a missed opportunity for a manufacturer here.
