Magnum Inverters - RF issues, charging params... [RE-wrenches]

Here's a short piece sent to me today by Gary Baxter of Magnum that directly
relates to this issue:
All charge voltages are temp compensated and if a Battery Temperature Sensor
is not used (it is included with each unit) then the temp comp defaults to
25C/77F. I did notice that there isn't really a mention of temperature in
the attached sheet except for using the word "temperate" although most
battery manufactures use 80F as their temperature spec. We use 25C/77F as
our spec so we are charging slightly higher if their spec is at 80F but not
enough to notice.

You can EQ in the Flooded or AGM1 setting but not in GEL or AGM2 modes (they
default to Absorb voltage if EQ started). In order to EQ you need to be in
Float or Battery Full then hold down on the "Chg" charger button for 10
seconds. The EQ voltage for Flooded is 15.5 Vdc with a 4 hour timer. You can
stop EQ by again pressing and holding the "Chg" button or disconnect from ac
source. You can EQ as many times as you want in succession.
