Bonding of electrical equipment [RE-wrenches]

see NEC 2005 250.97  w/ Exception.

circuits over 250V,, the conduit has to have bonding bushing or similar 
if it is installed in a concentric ko (unless enclosure and ko 
specifically listed). if you are not going through any concentric, 
eccentric or oversized ko's, your AJH is making up his own rules
perhaps egged on by those that believe that the PV AC ouptuts should be 
treated as new serrvice enterance equipment

p.s.  plactic bushing is required for cut nipples but not for other 
listed fittings that provide for protection of the conductors.  Most 
folks go goo goo over the plastic bushing and it may be a good idea but 
most listed connectors do not actually require the bushing
