Battery enclosures and NEC [RE-wrenches]

Nik,

Although Article 480 and 690 don't mention anything about it, we always 
use lockable enclosures.
My main concern is kids....of all ages! Hasps are cheap....
Our enclosures have an acid-proof liner, are tightly sealed and have 
voltage controlled active venting systems.
We have about 40 in use at this time and have had no problem with the 
inspectors (so far!)
