CFL follow-up [RE-wrenches]

I've had very good luck with Philips and Panasonic lights. The 
Commercial electric and Feit have been noisy but have not burned out. I 
also have a ceiling fixture from H.D. with dedicated ballast and 
replaceable CF bulbs that has worked great. I should note that my 
voltage runs under 120. Are the ones burning out running at higher 
voltage? A lot of the grid around here runs 120 to 125v.
