Missing Junction boxes on modules[RE-wrenches]

Hi William,

I worry more about the panels than I do the humans around it.

I always design some sort of a fence or box or enclosure around the  
back of it.
All it would take is for a kid to smack the back of a panel with a  
metal shovel, cut through the Tedlar,
and while that could be a shock hazard, its for certain to be expensive.
