Agreed, but in this case the solar installer will not have to do any of 
this, and the compensation issues for damage are out of his hands also. 
Unless of course he gets to install more modules, then he will make some 
more on the job. So I'm not really concerned about if the concrete guys 
get nicked, but I have suggested to the project manager that they should 
be billed for any cleaning and damages, and if they have to pay for 
replacement of the modules that it would be an eye opener for them.
