Grounding on granite island [RE-wrenches]

Hi Michael,

I would suggest that this guy invest in a good rotary hammer drill and 
some good, high strength extensions for the right sized rock drill bit. 
He should also install at least two rods at the base of his wind tower, 
preferably more. The reason for this is that any solution that doesn't 
extend the rods extending well below frost levels will be basically 
ineffective. As far as I know, he'll have to go at least 24" to get 
below frost line.

Steel plates lying in the water will probably be ineffective.
