I think this thread is not a flat plate vs. evac tube thread.  I think it's
a "if my customer only wants to use evac tubes, which ones?" thread.

But yes, it seemed like the consensus was the data clearly supports flat
plates for SDHW.

I thought the last time this thread came around, everyone agreed that 
flat plats collectors were the way to go unless one is wanting to make 
steam.
