Squirrel Damage? [RE-wrenches]

Wes,
We have seen this on about 5 systems here in NJ/NY in the last couple of 
years.  Usually they have built a nest nearby.  They have eaten right 
through the USE-2.
We have the same solution as you - stainless steel mesh around the 
perimeter of the array.  Very effective.

We offer it as an adder up-front if we see signs of squirrel activity 
prior to installation or if the homeowner tells us squirrels have been 
an issue.  We do not take responsibility for the damage.  We charge the 
customer if damage is found later and they want us to come back and 
install the squirrel fencing.
