Kelly,

Draker Labs does custom monitoring systems for us. They are based on the
Campbell Scientific datalogger and can do as many temperature sensors as
you want. They make custom websites with graphs, dials, history, weather
data, etc. for your customer to monitor the temperatures and whatever
else they want to follow. You could have a drawing of the house cross
section showing temperature gradients and calculations could show stored
Btu's. It won't be cheap, but Draker can do whatever your customer
wants. They are great guys to work with, too.
