Backfeeding a "240V Delta with a stinger" [RE-wrenches]

When we run into a commercial or institutional 3-phase higer voltage solar application, we usually add a transformer that gives us the correct voltage and neutral arrangement we need on the inverter side. This does add cost and the need for another dis-connect, but on larger systems it makes life easier. I have burned out more than one piece of equipment by connecting to a high-leg 3-phase system that was not properly labeled or wired.
