Hi all,
We also run an 8 cu ft SunDanzer on 24V. It resides in an unheated
exterior shed, which is shaded. It draws 2 amps (more or less, as
voltage varies) when running, measured with a Fluke 337. We've never
data-logged it, so I am very glad to get the data others have collected.
The figures appear what I would have guessed, based on having replaced a
Vestfrost AC freezer (for which we recorded consumption with a Brand meter).
The SunDanzer is a noticeable improvement in overall home energy
consumption, and I cannot recommend this highly enough where total
energy use seriously matters. Has anyone tried the new AC models?
