CFL follow-up [RE-wrenches]

Why are we not including a discussion about LED lighting?

The stuff already appears in the trade catalogs and, on a limited scale, in
the consumer stores, too.

I thought one aspect of the RE-wrenches was to recognize _and promote_ the
better mousetrap when it became available.
