replacement of the system or system components, including any associated 
labor during the warranty period." Batteries are not generators so you are 
in unknown warranty territory because the system may not generate if the 
battery bank fails. Put clearly what you warrant in writing so that the 
customer understands and tell the customer sign your warranty. For best 
protection for you and your customer sell them a written service contract. 
If anyone complains that PV systems are too expensive or if the CPUC says 
prices are not coming down, point out how much a "no-cost" 10-year
