pump question [RE-wrenches]

Has anyone used a "pump tek" ( well pump low water shutoff)  type  
device with a Grundfos SQ?
( these sense pump speed/load and sense when its not pumping due to  
no water and shut off the pump for an adjustable period of time.)
They work great with regular AC pumps, but never tried one with an SQ?
