Hidden Low profile conduit through roof - flashing? [RE-wrenches]

I need to pull 3/4" conduit through a roof so it is aesthetically  
hidden beneath the array. Standard  electrical roof flashing have a  
1.5" riser, too big and too tall.

What is the favored method for flashing a small conduit penetrating  
the roof, so its profile fits below the rack & panels?
