RET screen for SHW [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,

We're designing a pool & domestic water heating system for an athletic club.
Because of the size of the system (around 40 to 50 flat plate collectors)
and sensitivity to variables and assumptions, I decided to install and learn
the RET screen SHW design tool program. However (after devoting most of a
day to it), several of the features aren't working and I don't have any
useful results.

Before I spend any more time with it I'd appreciate feedback on your
experience and recommendations with RET Screen, or other design
tools/methods for large or industrial SHW applications.

Thanks,
-Kelly
