UV resistant tie... [RE-wrenches]

The occasional e-ad I get from Allied Electronics had something useful 
today. "Panduit Pan-steel stainless steel ties" sound like just the 
thing for 25 years of wire holding in the sun. The spec sheet mentions 
an application tool but unless you wanted a really tight fit, it may be 
that the ol' side cutters will work just fine. 
There is a discount price which may not last long ever since that ship 
with 2000 tons of nickel sank off the UK coast. The price of stainless 
jumped 5% already on the news.
