I did find the security gauntlet annoying, though everything did get loaded and operational after getting a second password via email. Like I said , way too convoluted!. Michael Pelosi has been forthright with me. He should come through for you.

Sorry to say that has not happened so I am tossing this software into the ol round file and looking for something I can actually use after purchase which does not require giving up my first born to obtain a software license.  Any suggestions?
