Your customer is correct.  I typically spend some time re-formatting the
results for use with customer presentations.  Since most of the calculations
I do are for internal use, this is a minor nuisance.

Regarding the product:  After getting the software loaded, how does it 
perform for you?  My vendor complained that he could not get clear output 
suitable for client presentations. Comments?
