Hey Bob-O, etc.,
Considering that the manufacturers of the equipment we use are the ones 
who are responsible for supplying components that "pass code", and 
designing systems that also are code compliant, wouldn't it make sense 
if they played a major role in funding such a program? It doesn't seem 
fair that installers would need to foot the bill to iron-out problems 
with the NEC on their own dime.
