Series Parallel PV in Battery systems [RE-wrenches]

Hi William,

In a word, no.

Because it is possible for the controller to fail and back feed from  
the battereis,
you could get big amps going the wrong way.

So you must fuse each series string, but if the series fuse rating is  
high enough you might be able to get away
with having 2 in series.
