Not only that Michael,

The biggest red flag is the buck-fifty a Watt thing. Anyone in this 
industry is only too aware that there isn't a module on the market (let 
alone an entire system) that sells for anywhere near that low - 3 X is 
more like it. This sounds a lot like some of the vaporish vertical-axis 
wind turbines that are circling the market these days that can't 
possibly perform the way they are claimed to.
