RE installer source [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,

Any recommendations (off list) for good resources to find an experienced RE
installer to hire? PV, Wind, and SHW design and installation preferred.

I apologize for using this forum to ask. Is the "RE Marketing" (or whatever
it's called) a more appropriate place to ask such questions?
