Good point Ezra.  Answering Joels question , I don't know of any customers 
who routinely load test the backup system. Sort of like a dead start battery on 
backup generators, You don't think of it until you need it. However humans are 
theoretically educatable and the only way to comfirm backup readyness is to 
test the system.
