small air compressors [RE-wrenches]

Here is some more info:

Device		HP		Rated		Inrush		Running
tablesaw        1 3/4       15a			55a			5 (no load)
dust collect.	1		12			34			3.7
air comp.        2		10			23			8.6

The tablesaw does not like to start when the shop is cold.  The  
compressor is oil less.
