I also use 120/240. Right now (quiet Saturday morning 8:20am) I measure
119.4 VAC out of my SX4048 and 122.1 VAC on the grid, but I've seen 95 VAC
grid voltage a few evenings before Christmas in my urban neighborhood 5
miles north of LAX.
