Standing Seam S5s vs. Penetrations [RE-wrenches]

Hi All,
Thanks for the input Jeff Y.
This one is a commercial 24 Gauge roof with 2 self-taping screws
every 4' clearly visible. The issue is how much uplift those screws
will take vs how you calculate how much uplift the array really adds.
Anyone else with experience? Stamped plans by an engineer?
