Equalizers (secret pot) [RE-wrenches]

Hello Geoff,

Much like one of the incidences that I experienced with a Solar  
Converter wired for battery balancing.  But be cautioned, the problem  
may not go away.  I have messed with the magic pots and found when  
doing follow up maintenance checks that the adjustments do not stay  
fixed.

I changed all three balancers that I have installed to straight 24  
vdc to 12 vdc converters to be on the safe side and avoid chronically  
imbalanced battery banks.
