Sorry about the last email.  I sent from my blackberry and instead of
savings it, it sent it.  Obviously, operator error.

Please know that if the system was purchased via the Home Depot program that
THD is providing warranty support for those systems.  Our company has been
handling these issues across that nation for over 2.5 years now on behalf of
THD.  Should you come across any of these clients, please either forward
them to me or to THD's installed services number located at any THD store.
