There is no real fix for it, almost impossible to replace the glass even if you could get it without totally dismantling the entire panel.

  I've got a client who has a module with shattered glass (frame was twisted
  and pinched when he changed to spring angle - due to a bad homemade rack
  design). Shell 140 watt - glass is totally shattered but still in place.
  Module produces 5% less than the other modules in the array because of the
  shading of the crack lines.

  What's the best way to deal with this?
