Darryl:
The connection is not a parallel connection, rather the generator runs into
the input and the inverter will assist the generator if the output
requirements exceed the input settings. I tried to find that passage in
the manual that states this but could not in the short time I had available
this evening. This is how the SW inverter works and I'm positive the
Outback works the same.
