NABCEP is working with a carrier right now. I believe the details are  
on the web, but if not, shoot an email to our E.D., Pete.
psheehan at nabcep.org.  I haven't looked into it myself as I'm in the  
VERY unlucky situation of having a carrier who does biz in CA AND is  
accepted in OR as well. OR is VERY picky about who they accept and,  
unlike CA, if you don't have insurance, you don't work. Period.
