Anodized aluminum racking, and stainless hardware.

Hot dipped gal is not a long term solution. Spalling occurs here if it is
not kept up. Salt is like acid, combined with wind, sun and a perpetual
splash of water. Even different grades of stainless or low grade aluminum
gets wasted here.

Subject: mounting materials in tropical zones [RE-wrenches]

Hawaii wrenches and others in tropical locales,

Have you built any mounting structures using
hot-dipped galvanized steel? Based on your
experiences what would you recommend for mounting a
rooftop system about 1.5 miles from the coast in a
tropical loaction?

Thanks in advance,

Jerry Caldwell
